We’re looking for engineers who want to build & ship, run the protocol operations, oversee the validators, and optimize for efficiency.

This role is onsite 4 days per week at one of our global offices: NYC, Denver, or the Cayman Islands.

• Building and Operating the safest and most efficient Ethereum Staking Protocol

• Designing and deploying Solidity smart contracts for staking and restaking strategies.

• Building backend systems to automate on-chain operations, secure user flows, and integrate protocol logic.

• Engaging in rigorous testing, code reviews, and documentation to uphold high standards of quality and maintainability.

• Participating as the security guardian in securing ether.fi's web3 tech stacks/ops.
