What We Offer

~1 min read

At AMCS, part of Ethos Veterinary Health, collaboration, accountability, and clear communication are more than values - they shape the way the hospital operates every day. Leadership is accessible, teamwork is genuine, and we are intentional about continuing to strengthen our teams, processes, and services over time. We value strong technician utilization and encourage our LVTs to work at the top of their skillset as integral members of the medical team, with financial and mentorship support for technicians pursuing VTS credentials.

Ethos Veterinary Health, part of the NVA Group, is where you come to practice world-class medicine, and help shape what veterinary care becomes next.

Across our network of 140 specialty and emergency hospitals, science moves forward, standards are elevated, and innovation is put into practice every day. You'll work alongside respected veterinary leaders in academic-caliber hospitals designed for learning, teaching, and discovery.

Here, mentorship is a two-way street. You'll share your expertise, learn from others, and continue to grow, clinically, professionally, and personally.

At Ethos, you inspire hope, deliver exceptional care, and pursue veterinary medicine at its highest level, together.

  • Perform triage and assessment of incoming emergency patients
  • Provide nursing care and continuous monitoring for critically ill and hospitalized patients
  • Administer medications, fluid therapy, blood products, and advanced treatments
  • Assist with emergency procedures, diagnostics, anesthesia, and sedation
  • Perform laboratory sample collection, testing, and radiology support
  • Maintain accurate medical records and patient documentation
  • Communicate clearly and compassionately with clients throughout the patient stay
  • Work closely with veterinarians, technicians, and support teams
  • Contribute to a positive, team-focused hospital culture
  • Active Washington State LVT license (or ability to obtain prior to start)
  • ER, ICU, or specialty experience preferred; willing to train and invest in the right motivated candidate
  • Strong technical, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a high-acuity environment
  • A collaborative mindset and commitment to exceptional patient care, with interest in continued learning and professional development

At Ethos, this isn't just a job, it's an opportunity to practice medicine at the highest level and help shape the future of veterinary care.
