✓Manage a team of Client Service Coordinators

✓Ensure all team members provide an exceptional client experience

✓Complete the monthly schedule and ensure adequate coverage

✓Manage department payroll and staffing costs, including review and approval of timecards

✓Fill in as a Client Service Coordinator as needed

✓Ensure the daily financial close is properly completed

✓Participate in the development of and refinements to best practices (SOPs) to ensure efficiency and compliance

✓Deliver results in areas of staff development, training, client satisfaction, and safety

✓Work closely with veterinarians, technicians, and support teams

✓Contribute to a positive, team-focused hospital culture

A minimum of 3 years of experience in a fast-paced, high-volume client service setting
Leadership experience highly preferred
A self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and a positive, professional attitude and demeanor
Ability to lead by example and positively influence others by managing and participating in the mentorship and training of team members
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and communications systems
Excellent positive and productive communication skills, both verbally and in writing
Valid California driver's license, proper vehicle registration, and California's minimum automobile insurance coverage
Ability to work shifts, days, nights, weekends, and holidays
A collaborative mindset and commitment to exceptional patient care
