Enterprise Solutions Senior Principal Engineer.Core Network Development & B2B

Provide the optimum cost and end to end solutions for enterprises and initiate new services based on Etisalat network capabilities (ISP, 3G, 2G, Transmission, etc). Analyze Commercial projects, products & services deliverables and provide appropriate feasible technical solutions/ Impact Analysis. Technology tracking for new solutions and products initiatives.

• E2E Mobile Solutions (3G/LDN) Architect. • E2E Mobile Solutions implementation. • Introducing new Mobile solutions for Enterprises . • Mobile Enterprise Solutions Auditing. • Manage the customer's solutions architect to ensure that all concerned technical resources are used efficiently to enhance service performance andincrease quality. • Support Large accounts salesman / presales engineers on request • Prepare the solutions description and the requirements for implementation. • Manage technical solutions planning and implementation. • Manage the execution of user acceptance testing (UAT), provide test scenarios and facilitate problems resolution to launch a enterprise solutions, products and services. • Provide technical direction and guidance for all product development. • Work and coordinate with technical teams, third parties and vendors to realize and deliver the commercial requirements. • Participate in production and response to the required solutions RFP/RFIs and assess the technical & commercial suppliers' response and report vendors/suppliers evaluations to the upper management • Propose new solutions & services to commercial after performing advisory studies, attending workshops and trials to increase Etisalat revenue, Business opportunities, enhance Etisalat image and portfolio • Lead ideas and initiatives from proof of concepts/prototype phase to revenue bearing solutions. • Manage the testing of new products/solutions. • Define the procedure of the service provisioning of the newly developed products. • Technology tracking for new solutions.

Minimum 7 years technical Experience

Experience in End-to-end solution architecture design and implementation in the telecom/wireless Value added Service domain.  Experience in service-oriented architecture (SOA) to provides methods for systems development and integration where systems package functionality as interoperable services.  Ability to communicate effectively.  Strong management of processes  Excellent written and oral skills.  Flexible and innovative  Ability to balance multiple and conflicting demands
