HSE Supervisor. HSSE & Insurance

Communicate, coach and train all employees in Safety issues and maintain training records.
• Help the HSE Manager in the investigation of accidents and incidents.
• Conduct and coordinate safety inspections and internal audits.
• Support the HSE Manager and participate in external audit such as ISO and OHSAS 18001
• Provide HSE induction for new comers to ensure they are well oriented with company HSE
regulations.
• Reviews method of statements for all tasks with the control of work team.
• Maintain the HSE team roster and responsibilities
• Provide technical HSE support for all projects
• Ensure that sub-contractors are well oriented with the company policies and they can meet with it.
• Provide technical support and direction to safety officers.
• Performs Risk Assessment for routine and non-routine tasks

• Maintain monthly report to the HSE manager
• Help in Implementing the company HSE policies and procedures.
• Conduct daily safety meetings with Safety team

University Grade

good English Language Written and Spoken
Advanced Computer Skill

More than 3 years' Experience

• Subject Matter Expertise in core risk areas, control systems, and safety regulations
• Prior experience leading, mentoring and developing a safety team is an Advantage
• Good problem solving, organizational and analytical skills
