IT Budgeting & Planning Senior Specialist.IT Governance & PMO

•To prepare, review and control the assigned department’s budgets and forecasts and ensure spending is within the approved business plan. •Prepare and review monthly & quarterly financial indicators against company Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

•Responsible for assessing and analyzing the business requirements and proposing feasible IT solutions •Maintain excellent relationship with the business users •Apply the set of procedures that ensures the proper controls on the company spending. •Research, analyze and provide recommendations on requests from assigned divisions for reallocation of positions and changes in funding appropriation. •Participate in the Planning and preparation of IT yearly budget (CAPEX/OPEX). •Negotiate with IT vendors in order to get the best contractual terms and conditions to support the operational efficiency. •Build and maintain IT contracts database in order to initiate the renewal process early enough to avoid the exposure of contracts’ expiration.

•Minimum 3 years of experience including at least two years in telecom •Solid data gathering and business analysis skills. •Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and vendor management skills •Engineering or Computer Science degree is preferred •Excellent Computer skills, Advanced MS excel is required. •Excellent in Arabic & English (Reading, Writing & Oral).

•Excellent analytical and problem solving skills. •Running of financial models used in calculating Budget, forecast, long-term plan and What if scenarios. •Attention to detail and ability to conceptualize multi-faceted tasks in context of organizational objectives.
