IT Governance Analyst.IT Governance & PMO

Support the development and implementation of IT Governance frameworks which include IT processes management, IT Projects Portfolio management, IT dashboards, and KPIs reporting and the group and to the IT management.

Establish IT Governance and control framework
Establish and implement IT performance management system using dashborads and PPM reports.
Identify critical IT processes and build the roadmap for implementations.
Develop, maintain and monitor IT processes
Initiate continuous improvement program for IT processes, KPIs and measurements
Audit and initiate audit report and remediation plans for all IT processes, KPIs and measurements
Design and implement process improvements
Establish and maintain OLAs and SLAs within IT teams and sections
Overall IT operations (assessment, projects, implementations) status updates and follow-ups to IT top management
IT staff objectives alignments with overall IT objectives
Ensure that IT Objectives and KPIs are established in collaboration with key stakeholders and that measurable targets are set, monitored and evaluated.

Ensure that appropriate frameworks exist and are aligned with relevant standards to identify, assess, mitigate, manage, communicate and monitor IT-related business risks
Performance measurement by tracking and monitoring strategy implementation, project completion, resource usage, process performance and service delivery

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science or relevant discipline. . Related
Quality or Governance Certification is a plus.
B.Sc. in engineering/IT related ( if not, post graduate diploma/study in IT is mandatory)
Excellent Computer skills, MS project & MS office
Excellent in Arabic & English (Reading, Writing & Oral).

Some knowledge of IT frameworks and international best practice (i.e. CoBiT, TM Forum,
ITIL).
Quality or Process Management Certifications is highly recommended.
Lean Six Sigma knowledge is highly recommended.
Project Management Professional Certificate is highly recommended.

With a minimum of 8 years of related experience
Minimum not less than 7 years practice in IT.
(Area of experience) : IT/ Related Quality or Governance Certification is a plus.
