Support the commercial departments with proper segmentation and data mining models to achieve Etisalat revenue growth, retain and enhance customers’ experience.

 Avail group of segmentation (Micro segmentation, value driven and behaviour driven) through communicating with the concerned departments to support the commercial departments in the approaching decision making  Monitor and validate specified customer data through SAP business object tool to provide the concerned departments with data accessibility to accelerate their job.  Enhance all Etisalat Segments and models through revaluation of current market behaviour to ensure the accuracy and applicability of segments and models.  Provide the concerned departments with the available data mining models and segments through conducting training sessions to help them to increase Etisalat subscriber revenue
