Responsibilities

→Coach a caseload of teachers through SPOT observation and feedback cycles.
→Lead data meetings using STAAR-aligned assessment results to plan reteach and intervention.
→Review lesson plans for rigor and alignment to the TEKS.
→Strengthen instruction for emergent bilingual students and engagement with Spanish- and Pashto-speaking families.
→Progressively own campus systems, including student culture, operations, and STAAR testing logistics.
→Lead professional development and participate in hiring.
→Complete residency coursework and lead one campus improvement project with measurable student outcome goals.
→Teach a portion of the school day.
