Accounts Receivable Collections Analyst

The Opportunity
The accounting team at Euna Solutions is looking for an Accounts Receivable Collections Analyst to own a defined portfolio of customer accounts and drive timely, effective collections across a fast-paced, multi-entity environment. Reporting to the Assistant Controller, you will work cross-functionally with Finance, Sales, Customer Success, and Product to resolve disputes, hit collection targets, and support month-end reporting. What You'll Do

• Manage collections for a defined portfolio of customer accounts, monitoring outstanding receivables to meet collection targets
• Identify and escalate delinquent accounts in accordance with internal policy, ensuring issues are resolved quickly and consistently
• Collaborate with billing, Customer Success, and renewals teams to resolve invoice disputes and uphold collections policy
• Maintain accurate collection notes and generate timely reports for internal stakeholders
• Support month-end A/R analytics and reporting
• Maintain and update customer portals and assist with completion of customer forms
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives related to A/R and collections

What You Bring

• A diploma or degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration, or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of relevant accounting or collections experience
• Proficiency with accounting systems and software, with the ability to self-learn new tools independently
• Comfort working in a multi-currency, multi-entity environment
• Intermediate Excel skills and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

• Experience with NetSuite
• Experience with Salesforce
• Familiarity with customer portal management or billing workflows

Location
This position will be hybrid with 3 days/week in our Oakville, ON office.

Compensation Range: $54-68,000 annually
