Janitor/Building Maitenance

• Have previous experience in janitorial, custodial, or building maintenance work (preferred).
• Are organized and able to prioritize tasks across multiple locations.
• Can work independently with minimal supervision.
• Have strong attention to detail and a commitment to high standards of cleanliness.
• Are reliable, punctual, and take ownership of your work.
• Communicate professionally with contractors, and team members.
• Are physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform tasks involving standing, walking, bending, climbing stairs, and repetitive movement.
• Have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation (preferred, depending on the location of the buildings).
• Are familiar with safe handling and use of cleaning products and equipment.
