We're looking for a Sr. Product Solutions Manager to ensure our enterprise customers are seamlessly onboarded and set up for success. In this highly cross-functional role, you will act as a hybrid program manager, implementation specialist, and product partner. You will work directly with customers to configure their environments, write and iterate on AI prompts, execute SQL queries for data mapping and reporting, drive end-to-end UAT, and build the foundational playbooks for new product areas. You will also serve as the voice of the customer, capturing structured feedback and prioritizing use cases that directly influence the product roadmap. This is a high-impact, individual contributor role at the intersection of Product, Engineering, and Customer Success.

This is an ideal role for someone who is exceptionally detail-oriented, technically capable, and thrives in a scrappy environment where they can build scalable implementation systems from the ground up. Please note that travel will be required for this role.
