OtherManager

EvenUp is on a mission to close the justice gap using technology and AI. We empower personal injury lawyers and victims to get the justice they deserve. Our products enable law firms to secure faster settlements, higher payouts, and better outcomes for victims injured through no fault of their own in vehicle collisions, accidents, natural disasters, and more.

We are one of the fastest-growing vertical SaaS companies in history, and we are just getting started. EvenUp is backed by top VCs, including Bessemer Venture Partners, Bain Capital Ventures, SignalFire, and Lightspeed. We are looking to expand our team with talented, driven, and collaborative individuals who seek to have a lasting impact. Learn more at www.evenuplaw.com.

In this role, you will oversee multiple remote teams of case managers responsible for driving pre-litigation personal injury cases through their critical early stages. You'll lead through the team leads who manage those groups day to day, setting direction for your teams, developing your managers, and holding them to a consistently high standard. Leveraging a suite of industry-leading AI tools and systems, you'll ensure that every case is handled with precision, urgency, and care, while fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and collaboration across a distributed team.

This is a fully remote leadership role for a deeply experienced professional who excels in high-volume, detail-driven environments, leads other leaders effectively, and takes pride in developing managers, optimizing workflows, and ensuring that every client's experience reflects the firm's highest standards.
