Nurse - AM Shift Every Other Weekend Only

We are seeking a dedicated Long-Term Care Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse to join our passionate team!

• →Provide holistic nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting.
• →Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.
• →Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• →Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
• →Foster strong relationships with residents and their families, providing emotional support and education.
• →Maintain accurate medical records and documentation.
• →Participate in staff training and development activities.

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) or License Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Wisconsin
• Previous experience in long-term care or similar healthcare setting preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
• Compassionate demeanor with a commitment to patient-centered care
