Responsibilities

→Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
→Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
→Foster strong relationships with residents and their families, providing emotional support and education
→Maintain accurate medical records and documentation
→Participate in staff training and development activities

Requirements

Valid Registered Nurse (RN) or License Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Wisconsin
Previous experience in long-term care or similar healthcare setting preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
