Team Manager

EveryMatrix is looking for a Team Manager in Batumi, Georgia.

• Coach team members to achieve goals and develop necessary skills that get results.

• Identify team strengths and weaknesses and delegate tasks to the appropriate person.

• Set clear team goals and evaluate progress to measure success.

• Prevent and resolve conflicts within the team.

• Organize team initiatives and meetings, ensuring clear communication and accessibility of documents.

• Supervise and evaluate the performance of Game Presenters and Shufflers.

• Distribute information and instructions to teams regarding any changes or updates.

• Manage Game Presenter, shuffler teams and assign them to re-training.

• Assist in adjusting table rotation and leading pre-shift meetings.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the gaming industry is considered to be an advantage.

• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.

• Experience in the industry and relevant professional certifications preferred.

• Fluency in English. Knowledge of Turkish language is considered to be an advantage.
