Requirements
~1 min readExcellent proficiency in C++ or Rust (experience with both is preferred)
Ability to critically assess AI-generated C++ and Rust code for correctness, security and performance (e.g. memory safety, concurrency, undefined behaviour)
Nice to have: experience building agentic workflows or tooling (e.g. LLM APIs, tool calling, MCP, multi-agent patterns) and integrating them into CI/CD pipeline
Open-minded and adaptable, with a solution-oriented mindset and readiness to embrace changing technologies, AI-driven ways of working and market demands
A constructive team player who values collaboration and contributes by proposing thoughtful, actionable solutions instead of focusing on criticism
