Store Manager

• →May be exposed to all weather conditions (hot, cold, rain, snow, ice and wind) as well as, inside work with variations in heat, cold, dust, and humidity.
• →Fast paced retail environment.

• →10-60 associates.
• →Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of the store.
• →Address complaints and concerns with associates.
• →Responsible for interviews, onboarding, training, terminations, and performance evaluations.

• Moves, lifts, and carries merchandise and supplies weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance.
• Frequently reaches overhead and below the knees, including pushing, pulling, squatting, kneeling, bending, stooping, crouching, and twisting with or without bearing weight. Occasionally requires to climb and/or crawl.
• Stands or walks continuously throughout the shift.

·        Ability to effectively communicate with team members and customers.

·        Ability to multi-task.

·        Knowledge of supermarket math and basic computer and office skills.

·        Knowledge of labor and food safety laws.

·        Ability to calculate figures such as discounts, interest, percentages, volume, etc.

·        Previous experience in a retail or grocery environment required.

·        Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

·        Minimum age requirement = 18 years old.

• Knowledge of store layout.
• Ability to turn in paperwork on time, completed, with accuracy.
• Knowledge of current policies and procedures and industry trends.
• Ability to process information and merchandise through computer system and register system.
• Knowledge of all basic functions of every position in the store.
• Ability to operate all equipment in the store.
