This role owns the organization's enterprise learning brand and front door for leadership, manager, professional and operational development.
This leader partners with the CHRO, executive team, VP, Talent & Learning, HR Business Partners and operational leaders to build talent capability that supports the company's growth, efficiency and expansion goals. By leveraging AI and modern learning technology to scale, personalize and measure development, they are focused on translating business strategy into a clear learning roadmap, drive adoption of programs across corporate and frontline teams, and measure impact on performance, engagement and retention.
The ideal candidate is a strategic builder and a hands-on operator. They are data-driven, an early adopter who puts AI to work in everyday learning and talent practices, and skilled at leading teams, vendors and executive stakeholders in a complex, multi-site environment.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- Develop and own a multi-year enterprise learning strategy and annual roadmap aligned to business priorities and talent needs.
- Lead the unified brand and front door for all learning, organizing existing and new programs into clear, role-based learning paths.
- Define the curriculum architecture across leadership, manager, professional and operational learning, ensuring programs are relevant, modern and connected to defined capabilities.
- Drive awareness, enrollment and adoption of learning programs, partnering with internal communications to reach corporate, on-site and frontline employees.
- Set the governance model for learning priorities, intake and investment decisions.
- Support development of executive leadership development program, including cohort design, executive faculty, participant selection, coaching integration and graduation outcomes.
- Build and scale a manager enablement program that equips people leaders with the skills to coach, develop, and retain their teams.
- Oversee high-potential development, mentorship and coaching programs that strengthen the leadership pipeline.
- Embed AnewHealth's leadership principles into programs, tools and leader expectations.
- Evaluate, implement and drive adoption of leading-edge talent tools, such as AI-powered talent marketplaces, skills intelligence, digital assessments and Workday talent features, to modernize talent reviews, succession, internal mobility and career pathing.
- Support job architecture and career pathing efforts by connecting learning paths to roles, levels and career moves.
- Guide the annual performance management cycle, including manager and employee training on goal-setting and year-end conversations.
- Analyze talent and performance data, using AI-enabled analytics where possible, to identify skill gaps, risks and capability-building priorities.
- Set and lead the AI strategy for L&D, defining where and how AI is used across content creation, personalization, coaching, learner support and reporting.
- Use AI to accelerate content development, such as generating drafts, scenarios, assessments and microlearning, while maintaining quality and accuracy.
- Deploy AI-enabled experiences such as personalized learning recommendations, AI coaching and practice tools, and on-demand performance support.
- Own the learning technology ecosystem, including Workday Learning, authoring tools and AI-enabled platforms, and lead decisions on future investments.
- Define and report learning KPIs, such as adoption, completion, behavior change, and links to engagement, retention and performance.
- Use survey, focus group and business data to continuously improve programs and present results to senior leadership.
- Build cross-functional partnerships across HR, operations and internal communications to align learning with business objectives.
- Champion a culture of growth, performance and engagement across the organization.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in HR, Organizational Development, Education, Business or related field required (or equivalent work experience).
- Master's degree in a related field preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Management, Organizational Development or related fields.
- 4+ years of people leadership experience, including managing L&D or talent professionals.
- Demonstrated experience building an enterprise learning strategy or corporate university from the ground up.
- Proven track record designing and leading executive and manager development programs at scale.
- Experience leading talent processes such as talent reviews, succession planning and career pathing, including implementing modern talent technology.
- Strong instructional design expertise, with working knowledge of authoring tools such as Articulate Rise and Storyline.
- Experience owning or overseeing a Learning Management System, ideally Workday Learning.
- Demonstrated, hands-on experience applying AI tools to learning design, delivery and talent workflows, with examples of measurable results.
- Ability to define learning metrics and tell a clear story about business impact to executives.
- Experience managing budgets and vendor partnerships.
- Excellent executive presence, communication, facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
Nice to Have

- Certification in instructional design, coaching, leadership development, talent management or assessment tools.
