Assembly Tech - Multiple Shifts

• 1st Shift: Monday–Thursday | 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• 2nd Shift: Monday–Thursday | 4:00 PM – 2:30 AM (includes shift differential)

As an Assembly Technician, you’ll play a critical role in producing high-quality medical implants and instruments. Your work directly impacts the number of patients we can serve—while maintaining exceptional standards of safety and precision.

• →Follow blueprints and work instructions to assemble implants and instruments
• →Accurately document inventory usage and packaging processes
• →Perform tasks such as:
  • →Instrument assembly (various complexity levels)
  • →Cable cutting, welding, orbit forming, and laser etching
  • →Clean room labeling, packaging, and documentation
• →Inspect and test completed products using precision tools
• →Maintain tools and equipment in proper working condition
• →Support material handling and inventory cycle counts
• →Keep your workspace clean, safe, and compliant with OSHA standards

• High school diploma (or equivalent) required
• Manufacturing and/or similar experience preferred 

• Strong attention to detail and quality focus
