Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Supporting communications by responding to internal and external inquiries and routing requests appropriately
- →Coordinate employee and client onboarding processes, ensuring financial setup, documentation accuracy, and accountability compliance
- →Perform accounts payable (AP) data entry, including invoice processing and coding
- →Maintain accurate financial records and assist with account reconciliations
- →Support month-end close activities and prepare basic financial reports
- →Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate financial transactions
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- 1–3 years of accounting, finance, or bookkeeping experience
- Experience with Accounts Payable processing and financial data entry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- High level of professionalism and ability to handle confidential information
