Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Proactively identify and pursue new speaker opportunities.
- →Join Excel with an existing book of business while building on new book of sales business.
- →Recruit new potential speaker clients, alongside Head of Division.
- →Develop and maintain strong relationships with current speakers, understanding their needs and preferences.
- →Present and pitch speakers to buyers, highlighting their expertise and speaking style.
- →Negotiate fees and contracts with buyers.
- →Research and identify new areas for growth for our speakers, and help build buyer database.
- →Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote speakers and their expertise, along with the creation of targeted marketing campaigns for speakers.
- →Utilize online platforms to increase speaker visibility and reach.
- Proven experience in speaker industry with at least 10 years of sales experience.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong understanding of the sales process and how to manage client relationships.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Understanding of event planning and logistics process is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Sales and Negotiation a must.
- Client Relationship Management (Salesforce).
