Associates will learn to use a wide range of research tools, including Exiger’s industry-leading AI software, DDIQ, to gather risk and compliance intelligence on individuals and companies. They will analyze their findings and develop narrative reports while receiving ongoing training and feedback from colleagues with subject-matter expertise.

Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Create reports using web-based compliance tools, open-source resources, client-provided information, and Exiger’s case management system.
- →Write clear, concise, and thoroughly researched client reports using public records, databases, and other web-based sources.
- →Apply sound judgment and established best practices when researching, writing, and editing cases across different products, scopes, jurisdictions, and levels of complexity.
- →Identify and escalate potential risk factors to the appropriate case manager.
- →Successfully manage the case lifecycle, personal workload, and pipeline.
- →Communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders, both verbally and in writing.
- →Collaborate within a multinational team to achieve high-quality outcomes.
Requirements

- Excellent written and verbal communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with strict deadlines.
- A proactive, team-oriented approach and a high level of initiative.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively.
- Strong ownership of assigned tasks, including following through to successful completion.
- Ability to use technology to solve problems.
- One to two years of professional experience.
- Professional proficiency in written and spoken English and Dutch.
- Ability to research and interpret Dutch-language sources accurately and effectively.
- Strong commitment to continuous improvement and learning, with an openness to feedback and training.
- Keen interest in compliance, risk management, financial services, regulations, supply chains, and current events.
This posting is for a newly created role. Artificial intelligence tools may be used to support candidate screening and evaluation. The expected base salary range for this position is CAD 50,000–65,000 annually, depending on qualifications.
