Associate, Research & Delivery (Hebrew Speaking)

Associates will learn to utilize a wide range of research tools, including Exiger’s industry-leading AI software, DDIQ, to gather risk and compliance intelligence on individual and company research subjects. Associates will then analyze the data and develop narrative reports, receiving feedback and ongoing training from colleagues with subject matter expertise.

• →Create and determine the contents of reports using a combination of web-based compliance tools, open-source resources, client-provided information, and Exiger’s case management system.
• →Write clear, concise, and thoroughly researched reports for clients using a variety of public records, databases, and other web-based sources and tools.
• →Utilize judgment and best practices to research, write, and edit cases across different products, scopes, jurisdictions, and levels of complexity.
• →Identify and escalate risk factors to the case manager.
• →Successfully manage the case lifecycle, personal workload, and pipeline.
• →Communicate effectively with others, both verbally and in writing.
• →Collaborate within a multinational team to achieve desired outcomes.

• One to two years of professional experience.
• Professional proficiency in written and spoken English and Hebrew.
• Ability to research, interpret, and accurately summarize Hebrew-language sources.
• Strong commitment to continuous improvement and learning, with an openness to receiving feedback and training.
• Keen interest in compliance, risk management, financial services, regulations, supply chains, and current events.

This posting is for a newly created role; artificial intelligence tools may be used to support candidate screening and evaluation; the expected base salary range for this position is CAD 50,000–65,000 annually, depending on qualifications.
