  Act as a thought partner to creators to shape and grow their existing & new bootcamps

  Own sales & marketing execution for bootcamps – drive performance and revenue

  Shape the positioning, pricing, and structure of new bootcamps (length, format, audience, outcomes)

  Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, ops, community) to drive execution

  Manage student engagement in bootcamp communities (WhatsApp, Telegram)

  Collect and analyze data (feedback, engagement, revenue) to improve program quality

  Maintain strong relationships with creators to grow trust and long-term collaboration
  
  

• High ownership mindset & execution ability
  
  

• Strong communication & people skills (Hindi + English)
  
  

• Analytical & creative thinker who understands content, community, and conversion
  
  

• Passion for the creator economy, digital learning, and transformation-focused education
  
  

• Bonus: Prior experience in content-led marketing, cohort-based courses, or working with creators
