- →Analyze root causes and implement countermeasures using TBP/5-step approach
- →Monitor and improve quality KPIs (e.g. sorting errors, damages)
→Operations Management
- →Oversee inbound/outbound logistics and daily warehouse flow
- →Plan resources and monitor operational KPIs
- →Drive continuous improvement through kaizen and TPS tools
→People Development
- →Build versatile teams through training and skill matrix planning
- →Conduct performance appraisals and support career growth
- →Ensure strong communication and adherence to Toyota values
→Cost Control
- →Optimize use of equipment, manpower, and materials
- →Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives
- →Manage fleet and daily resource planning
