• →Lead Multidisciplinary Teams: Guide a diverse team in applying Lean methodologies for effective root cause analysis and implementation of corrective actions.
• →Eliminate Waste: Spearhead and synchronize efforts to quickly address and rectify pressing issues, aiming to cut down response times by 50% or more for product, process, and organizational challenges.
• →Boost Productivity: Form and lead a rapid-response "tiger team" to tackle issues with decisive actions and streamline the process of handling client concerns.

• Bachelor’s degree in Electro-Mechanical Engineering, Engineering, Quality Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; a Master’s degree is advantageous.
• Proven experience in leading multidisciplinary teams and managing complex projects.
• Demonstrable experience in operational excellence, process improvement, or a comparable role in an aerospace, automotive, or similar field.
• Expertise in Lean methodologies and 8D Problem Solving.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership capabilities.
• Ability to thrive under pressure and juggle multiple priorities effectively.
• Technical Skills: Foundational knowledge of electro-mechanical systems is highly beneficial.
• Continuous Improvement: Experience with continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean).
• Familiarity with certification processes and quality management systems.
• Proven track record in driving cultural and structural transformation within an organization

• 5 years of experience on leading practical lean projects on the field
• Proven experience in leading multidisciplinary teams and managing complex projects.
