The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) delivers direct care to residents and patients (in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations and life care standards in the health and rehabilitation center).

• →Assist residents with activities in their daily lives - bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, feeding, etc.
• →Collaborate closely with nurses and other caregivers to ensure personalized care.
• →Observe and report any changes in residents' physical or emotional condition.
• →Help create a warm, safe, and nurturing environment where residents feel valued and respected.
• →Build trusting relationships with the residents and their families.
