Customer Service Rep

Offering $19 to $20 per hour

This employee takes calls from Long Term Care customers, enters orders, and dispatches them to the appropriate service center.

• →Log for all incoming calls
• →Hours 9am to 6pm
• →Warehouse - cleaning of medical equipment
• →Add new residents to existing LTC customer database as necessary
• →Follow up on delivery of requested items
• →Answer questions and troubleshoot customer issues
• →After-hours dispatching when scheduled

• →Read and analyze documents such as customer orders
• →Communicating with co-workers and customers alike
• →Help with the training of employees
• →Apply common sense understanding to carry out oral and written instructions

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED), related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Computer literacy is necessary

The employee may frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and may occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
