At Opus Inspection, we're looking for a Lead Lane, a key member of our station leadership team and the position just below Station Manager. Think of it as the second-in-command at the station. You'll play an important role in leading daily operations, supporting your teammates, and helping deliver an outstanding customer experience.

What You'll Do

As the Lead Lane, you'll serve as a trusted leader, coach, and go-to resource for employees and customers while helping ensure station operations run smoothly every day.

Leadership & Team Support

• Lead by example and help create a positive, energetic work environment
• Support, guide, and assist team members throughout the day
• Help coordinate daily lane operations and workflow
• Assist with training and coaching employees
• Partner with station leadership to drive station performance and customer satisfaction
• Step up as a leader whenever challenges arise

Customer Experience

• Deliver exceptional customer service
• Assist customers through the vehicle inspection process
• Answer questions and resolve concerns professionally
• Create a friendly, welcoming experience for every customer

Operations & Technical Support

• Perform vehicle inspections and emissions testing
• Assist with daily station operations and lane management
• Help maintain inventory, supplies, and equipment readiness
• Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and coordinate repairs when needed
• Support quality, safety, and compliance standards

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Customer service experience required
• Leadership, trainer, supervisor, or team lead experience preferred
• Basic computer skills
• Strong communication and organizational abilities
