DRAFTER (Meriden, KS)

We are looking for someone to join our drafting team supporting sheet metal and structural steel fabrication This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys problem-solving, accuracy, and producing top-quality work from start to finish.

✅ What You’ll Do

• Manage project assignments as assigned by Manager.
• Follow and maintain drafting standards, procedures, and best practices.
• Produce manufacturing, fabrication, and assembly drawings.
• Ensure drawings comply with company standards, customer requirements, and applicable codes.
• Review drawings for accuracy, completeness and dimensional consistency.
• Complete engineering changes and update drawing revisions.
• Maintain organized electronic drawing files and revision records
• And other various assigned tasks.

What We’re Looking For

• Preferred qualifications include proficiency in Solid Edge, SOLIDWORKS or similar 3d CAD Software
• Strong blueprint reading and math skills
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Self-motivated, dependable, and team-oriented

⭐ Bonus Points If You Have

• The required qualifications and 3-5 years of experience
• Sheet metal fabrication background
