We are looking for a detail-oriented Manufacturing Technician to support the production and preparation of Eyebot's vision-testing kiosks. This is a hands-on, assembly-focused role centered on executing work instructions accurately and consistently. You will work alongside technicians and engineers at our Charlestown facility, playing a direct role in getting our kiosks ready for deployment at scale.

This is an hourly position at $25/hour, targeting 40 hours per week (8 hours/day, Monday through Friday). Full work instructions and training will be provided.

  Assemble and prepare Eyebot kiosks following detailed work instructions and standard operating procedures.

  Handle circuit board components and perform light electrical assembly tasks as directed.

  Use hand tools and basic equipment to complete assembly steps accurately and efficiently.

  Inspect completed assemblies for quality and flag any issues to the team lead.

  Maintain a clean and organized workspace in accordance with facility standards.

  Track daily output and log work completed as part of hourly production reporting.

  Work closely with other operators, technicians, and engineers to meet production targets.

• Hands-on assembly experience in a production, manufacturing, or technical environment.

• Comfort working with circuit boards and electronic components.

• Experience using hand tools (screwdrivers, pliers, torque drivers, etc.).

• Ability to lift 30 to 40 pounds as needed.

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow written work instructions precisely.

• Clean room or controlled-environment manufacturing experience.

• Machining or fabrication background.

• PCA Soldering experience.

• You take pride in doing repetitive work well and consistently.

• You show up on time, follow through, and take your role on the team seriously.

• You communicate clearly when something looks off and ask questions before making assumptions.

• You are comfortable in a fast-moving environment where priorities can shift.
