Plumbing Installer / Installation Plumber

EZ Flow Plumbing is looking for an experienced Plumbing Installer who wants to work hard, make great money, and be part of a team that takes pride in doing things right.

We're not looking for someone who just wants another job.

Someone who enjoys working with their hands.

Someone who takes pride in looking at a finished installation and knowing it was done right.

Someone who shows up when they say they're going to show up.

Someone who doesn't need a manager standing over their shoulder all day to get things done.

And someone who wants the opportunity to make a seriously good living doing the work they're already good at.

Our installers have the opportunity to earn:

Compensation is hourly plus bonus, so strong installers who produce quality work have the opportunity to earn more.

If making over $100,000 a year matters to you, we'll show you what it takes to get there.

But we'll be upfront:

We believe good people should have good tools, good training, good benefits, and a team they enjoy working with.

You'll get:

And something that's harder to put on a benefits sheet:

You don't have to become a salesperson.

You don't have to become a manager.

If you love the trade, want to become exceptional at it, and want to be compensated well for the value you produce, we respect that.

This position isn't for everybody.

We're looking for someone who:

• Has real plumbing installation experience

• Has experience installing drains, whole-home drain repipes, and plumbing systems

• Is mechanically strong and can solve problems in the field

• Pays attention to details

• Keeps a clean, organized jobsite and van

• Takes care of the customer's home

• Communicates professionally with customers and teammates

• Follows through on commitments

• Shows up on time and ready to work

• Has a positive attitude without bringing drama to the team

• Does the right thing even when nobody is watching

• Can be trusted to handle a job without constant supervision

In other words:

To be considered, you must:

• Have applicable plumbing installation experience

• Have a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record

• Be able to pass required pre-employment screening, including drug testing and background screening, consistent with applicable law

• Be able to perform the essential physical functions of plumbing installation work

You'll perform plumbing, drain, sewer, and repipe installations for homeowners throughout Gilbert, Chandler, Mesa, Tempe, Phoenix, and surrounding areas.

You'll be expected to:

That's the standard.

If you're the kind of installer who takes pride in being the person everyone can depend on, you'll fit in well here.

Don't overthink it.
