Lead the people who help seniors stay independent and live better at home

Have you ever watched someone you love get lost in the healthcare system: bounced between specialists, buried in paperwork, unsure who to call? Ez Health exists to fix this problem for older adults 65+. We help seniors stay independent in their own homes by pairing them with a dedicated Health Guide who makes healthcare feel manageable again.

We're a small, fast-moving team founded by people who already helped build a healthcare company to a $3.4B valuation. This time, we're building something even more wide-reaching. As a Health Guide Lead or 'pod navigator', you'll lead two pods of about 10 EZ Health Guides each. Your role is to motivate, support, and coach these guides to become even stronger advocates for our clients. You’ll also carry a small caseload of your own clients (about 30% of your time). This helps you stay close to the work and lead by example.

You're the person guides on your pod call when a client situation gets hard. You're the one who notices the pattern across five different client conversations before anyone else does. And you're the steady voice that keeps a pod feeling like a supportive, thriving team.

For this role, we’re looking for someone with

• Good judgment under pressure, especially when the answer isn't obvious

• A calm, clear way of communicating: one of our company principles is “be plainspoken”

• The confidence to hold people accountable

• Comfort with data: you should be able to look at the numbers and know what they mean

• A track record of taking feedback well and getting visibly better because of it

• Energy that lifts a room. People should want you on their team and should value your advice
