Job Summary

Fairfield Property Management is seeking a motivated Part-Time Leasing Agent with great communication skills to join our team! As the liaison between our management office and current/prospective residents, you'll play a pivotal role in marketing our property, screening potential residents, and ensuring a welcoming environment in the leasing office. With exceptional organizational skills and a passion for providing outstanding customer service, you will have a direct impact on creating an excellent living experience.

The schedule for the position is:

Tuesday & Thursday: 8:30-5:30
Friday: 8:30-12:30
Rotating Saturdays: 10:00-3:00

Job Highlights

Shows and leases apartments
Answers incoming phone calls and converts inquiries from prospective residents into scheduled appointments to visit the community
Stays up to date on current availability and waiting lists and contacts prospects
Maintains resident files with accuracy and attention to detail
Provides exceptional customer service to current and future residents to promote a quality living experience and maintain a high occupancy level

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
Six months to one year of property management or face-to-face sales experience preferred.
Self-motivated go-getter who can work independently with little guidance.
Strong communication skills and excellent telephone etiquette.
Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, and ability to learn other software as needed; ability to write correspondence in a professional manner.
Ability to maintain reliable transportation, a current and valid driver’s license, and vehicle insurance.
Weekend availability is required
