Landscape Maintenance & Mowing Manager

• →Oversee daily mowing and landscape maintenance operations across multiple crews.
• →Manage crew leaders, field employees, scheduling, and daily assignments.
• →Monitor and manage departmental budgets, labor costs, productivity, and operational profitability.
• →Ensure all properties meet company quality and customer service standards.
• →Conduct property inspections and resolve service-related concerns.
• →Train, develop, and hold team members accountable for performance.
• →Coordinate equipment maintenance, repairs, and fleet readiness.
• →Work with leadership to improve operational processes, efficiency, and department profitability.

Requirements

• →3+ years of experience in landscape maintenance operations, preferably in a management role.
• →Proven experience managing multiple mowing and landscape maintenance crews.
• →Strong understanding of commercial and residential landscape maintenance services.
• →Experience managing budgets, larger teams, labor costs, and departmental profitability.
• →Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• →Ability to work in a fast-paced, outdoor environment.
• →Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• →Valid driver's license required.
