Digital Marketing Specialist

• Design, build, launch, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across email, online banking, social media, Google, Meta, and other digital channels.
• Create digital assets including email layouts, promotional advertisements, graphics, and campaign creative that align with FAIRWINDS brand standards.
• Manage audience segmentation, personalization, dynamic content, testing strategies, and campaign targeting to improve engagement and conversion rates.
• Develop, schedule, and publish social media content while supporting ongoing content execution across FAIRWINDS' digital platforms.
• Partner with Marketing, Product, Sales, and Creative teams to develop campaigns that support business objectives and product awareness.
• Conduct quality assurance testing to ensure campaigns render correctly and function properly across devices, browsers, platforms, and email clients.
• Support digital banking promotions, website content updates, and marketing technology platforms, including Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Analyze campaign performance and make recommendations to improve results, optimize user experience, and increase marketing effectiveness.
• Ensure all digital marketing activities adhere to accessibility standards, applicable regulations, platform requirements, and industry best practices.

• A portfolio of digital marketing work is required and must be submitted with your application to be considered for this opportunity.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Business, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience executing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email, social media, digital advertising, and web platforms.
• Knowledge of audience segmentation, A/B testing, personalization strategies, and campaign optimization techniques.
• Experience creating and managing content in social media and email marketing platforms.
• Familiarity with digital marketing analytics and performance reporting.
• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar marketing automation platforms preferred.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills.
• Creative mindset balanced with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
