We are currently seeking experienced Baristas to join our Foodhall team

Responsibilities

· Greeting customers and providing excellence in customer service at all times

· Food preparation and display, ensuring safe food handling and full HACCP compliance

· Day to day cleaning and maintenance of the deli coffee station

· Assist customers with queries regarding deli and coffee products

· Using a manual coffee machine and dialling in grinders

· Stock rotation and replenishment

· Other responsibilities which may be assigned from time to time

· Previous experience in a busy café environment with barista and deli experience

· Enthusiastic, friendly, professional and approachable with a passion for customer-service

· Ability to be organised and work under pressure

· A passion for good food and coffee

· You’re passionate about what you do and bring your authentic self to work everyday

· You’re innovative in your approach to your role and not afraid to think outside the box

· You’re an empathetic person, with the ability to inspire others

· You combine analytical and methodical thinking with high attention to detail and a solution-focused approach

· You have a high standard of integrity, with sound judgement and a commitment to excellence

· You are an excellent relationship builder and focus on building trust and representing Fallon & Byrne
