Location: Riverhead, NY
Status: Part Time Center-Based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Therapist/Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT)
Hours: Mon-Fri 8:30am-11:30am (hours may vary)
Compensation: $18-$20/hourly

Responsibilities

→Work collaboratively with Clinical Supervisors to implement principles and teaching procedures of ABA therapy. 
→Collect behavior and skill acquisition data during sessions. 
→Acquire and maintain RBT credential in accordance with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) within the first 90 days of employment. 
→Use Central Reach platform for data collection and graphing.
→Implement Behavior Support Plans and Behavior Intervention Plans as directed.
→Effectively manage learners including physical crisis intervention protocols, while ensuring a safe and supportive environment.
→Maintain confidentiality of information regarding children and families in accordance with State and Federal regulations.
→Understand and demonstrate the company core values.

And this background:

Minimum of 6 months ABA working with children or adolescents with Autism in a supervised setting.
Successful completion of or current enrollment in an undergraduate program in psychology, healthcare, human services, education or related field.
Critical thinker with a problem-solving mind.
Bilingual is a plus.
