As an IT Support Specialist, you provide IT end-user support services and help achieving IT service levels and a high customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Respond to service requests and assist with technology needs of IT end-users and systems, providing technical support and resolution for requests, incidents, and problems. Provide follow up as needed to confirm resolution of incidents and problems.
- →Documents resolution of incidents and service request in the IT Service Desk Management system
- →Perform duties in compliance with legal/statutory regulations, including applicable SOX compliance
- →Support client system standards and security policies under the direction of management
- →Track and maintain IT asset inventory
- →Install and configure client systems and applications
- →Maintain positive relationships with Faraday Future staff
Requirements
~2 min read- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems or a related field
- 6+ years IT experience working as an IT Support Specialist
- Self-driven and highly passionate about customer-service orientation and providing excellent service
- Familiar with standard IT Service Desk department concepts, best practices, and procedures
- Experience with IT Service Desk and remote-control software
- Experience working with different operating systems including Windows 10, Mac OS, Android, and iOS
- Experience in Office 365, Mobile Device Management, and Active Directory
- Time-management skills and the ability to establish reasonable and attainable deadlines for resolution and prioritize workload efficiently in a high-pressure environment
- Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
- Strong written and verbal communications skills
- Strong documentation skills
- A creative curiosity, collaborative ethic, hardworking enthusiasm, and driving personal vision
- A penchant for multi-tasking and self-starting
- A true sense of determination… and hopefully a sense of humor
- Experience using AI-assisted infrastructure and network monitoring tools to detect anomalies, accelerate troubleshooting, and improve system reliability and performance
- Ability to apply AI tools to automate routine network and infrastructure tasks (e.g., log/traffic analysis, health checks, script generation, release validation)
- Strong understanding of secure and responsible AI usage, including validation of AI-generated outputs and protection of operational data
- Experience leveraging AI capabilities within the Microsoft ecosystem (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, Power Platform AI, Azure AI services, intelligent automation tools)
- Ability to design and implement AI-enabled Microsoft solutions for workflow automation, collaboration, reporting, analytics, and knowledge management
- Strong understanding of AI governance, enterprise data security, and compliance within Microsoft environments, including validation of AI-generated outputs
- Experience using AI-driven IT operations and service desk tools to improve ticket triage, incident resolution, knowledge retrieval, and end-user support
- Ability to use AI assistants to automate system administration, support workflows, reporting, and documentation
- Strong understanding of responsible AI practices, including confidentiality, data privacy, and validation of AI-generated outputs
($32-$35/hour DOE), plus benefits and incentive plans
