At Far Bank Enterprises you'll have the opportunity to develop specialized skills, learn from some of the most experienced craftspeople in the industry, and grow from Production Associate to Production Specialist and Senior Production Specialist while helping create world-class fly-fishing equipment.

Located on beautiful Bainbridge Island, Washington, our team has spent decades designing and building our SAGE fly rods which are trusted by anglers around the globe. Every rod we create reflects a commitment to innovation, precision, and craftsmanship that has made SAGE a leader in premium fly-fishing gear.

What We Offer

Among our manufacturing team, 31 employees have been with Far Bank between 10 and 32 years, representing an incredible 560 years of combined experience and dedication. That level of tenure reflects a culture built on respect, teamwork, continuous learning, and pride in what we create together.

Our pay range is between $18.50 to $25.00 an hour, aligning with the three Production levels and related to experience.

Responsibilities

→Perform manufacturing and assembly operations according to established quality standards.
→Follow detailed production specifications and processes.
→Apply exceptional attention to detail throughout the manufacturing process.
→Collaborate with teammates to achieve production goals.
→Contribute to a safe, organized, and continuous-improvement-focused work environment.

Excellent hand-eye coordination.
Strong manual dexterity.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills.
Desire to continuously improve and develop craftsmanship.
Experience with industrial coatings, paints, or composite manufacturing preferred.

Monday through Thursday
1st Shift: 4:00 AM to 2:15 PM
