Farsight AI is on a mission to Automate work. Amplify strategy. Win more. At Farsight AI, we build AI-driven workflow platforms for high-performance financial institutions — covering investment banking, private equity, wealth & asset management, and hedge funds.

Our platform enables teams to deliver full client-ready documents (slide decks, CIMs, financial models, memos) end-to-end, using your firm’s historical best practices and voice — no generic outputs, everything aligned to your brand.

Security, scale, and precision matter. We operate with SOC-2 compliance, full end-to-end encryption, and deployment options from customer-cloud to on-premise.

As a member of the Strategy & Operations Associate, you’ll be the connective tissue across Farsight: translating ideas into execution across product, engineering, customer success, and leadership.

You’ll partner closely with engineers to help design and shape new product lines. You’ll work hand-in-hand with customers — from onboarding to advanced workflow design — ensuring each client is successful and fully activated. You’ll help define platform direction, prioritize features, and operationalize strategic initiatives. This is a high-leverage, multi-disciplinary role for someone who thrives in ambiguity and wants to directly shape a category-defining company.

We are entirely based in Manhattan, New York City, and are in-person 4 days a week (except Fridays, which are remote).
