Responsibilities

• Provide inspirational sales leadership to drive customer success.
• Foster a culture of customer-centricity, accountability, collaboration, and ambitious goal-setting within the team.
• Lead digital transformation and AI projects by selling business outcomes and expanding IT and business connections for customers.
• Collaborate with key partners to enhance sales capabilities and reach within your area.
• Empower and enable specialist sales and technical managers to achieve cloud business growth, meet or exceed targets, and accelerate customer value through cloud services in Modern Work & Security.
• Influence technical and product leadership within the organization and drive engagement with CISO and other CxOs.
• Offer technology thought leadership to customers, aligning solutions with their digital transformation and AI needs.
• Personally engage at the CxO level to support and coach teams on new opportunities.
• Drive market influence by leading and coaching sales and technical managers to deliver comprehensive business solutions in Modern Work Security & Compliance.
• Ensure a robust pipeline and consumption targets, with specialist sellers closing the majority of cloud revenue and technical specialists driving customer technical decisions.
• Maintain consistent coaching rhythms following Microsoft’s sales coaching framework.
• Create clarity, generate energy, and deliver success through impactful people and readiness agendas.
• Enhance organizational health and capabilities, preparing for future market needs.
• Build a high-performing team by hiring diverse talent, prioritizing development, and leading by example.
What We Offer
~1 min read• The base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $155,000 - $200,000 per year

Requirements
~1 min read• Minimum of 11 years in technology-related sales or account management, or a Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 8+ years of experience.
• At least 3 years of people management experience.
• Preferred: 7+ years of people management experience, and deep knowledge of productivity and security software suites such as Microsoft Modern Work, Security & Compliance, CrowdStrike, Okta, etc.
