Senior Expansion Manager - Denmark

We’re looking for a Senior Expansion Manager to help us find and secure top-tier charging locations in Denmark, strengthening Fastned’s position as the go-to charging provider in Denmark  and Europe!

As a Senior Expansion Manager, you’ll focus on securing prime real estate in high-traffic areas, ensuring our stations are visible, accessible, and built for long-term success. This role is based in Copenhagen, where you’ll join a fun, diverse team spread across Europe. • Work closely with landowners, developers, and retailers to build strategic partnerships and strengthen Fastned’s position as the leading charging network in the region.

• Identify, negotiate and acquire  prime locations with landowners, local authorities or other external commercial parties

• Develop and execute a robust network development plan to secure the best locations. You will shape your own network and expansion strategy, taking a strategic and tailored approach to stakeholders both within and beyond your network.

• Working as part of a dynamic, international team, you’ll also help streamline processes to maximise efficiency and effectiveness.

• Work cross-functionally with design, planning, construction, legal, and operations teams to ensure seamless transition from signed agreement through to live station.

• Together with our Country Lead DK you bring creative, outside-the-box thinking to how we structure partnerships and unlock sites that others cannot

• You'll become an expert in the future of e-mobility and charging infrastructure, collaborating with subject matter experts to sharpen your knowledge and lead negotiations with confidence.

• An existing network of key private and public stakeholders in real estate, developers energy, infrastructure, transport, or e-mobility sectors within Denmark

• Experience in high-growth companies or renewable energy
