About the Role:

FASTSIGNS #440101 in Guaynabo, PR is looking for a driven and personable B2B Sales & Customer Service Representative to join our team! In this role, you'll be the face of our brand , building lasting relationships with business clients and helping them find the perfect visual communication solutions. Responsibilities:

Prospect and develop new B2B client relationships through outbound sales calls, emails, and in-person visits
Manage the full sales cycle from initial inquiry to order fulfillment and follow-up
Consult with business clients to understand their signage and visual communication needs
Prepare and present quotes, proposals, and product recommendations
Coordinate with production team to ensure accurate and timely delivery of orders
Maintain and grow existing accounts through exceptional customer service and proactive outreach
Track leads, sales activity, and client interactions using CRM tools

Requirements:

1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or customer service
Strong communication and interpersonal skills in both Spanish and English
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs
Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
Proficiency with Google Workspace
Experience in signage, print, or visual communications is a plus
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
