• →Partnering with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies for open positions.
• →Sourcing and engaging high-quality candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruitment channels.
• →Screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and managing the recruitment process from initial contact through to offer stage.
• →Creating engaging and inclusive job advertisements while providing guidance on job description improvements.
• →Maintaining applicant tracking systems, monitoring recruitment pipelines, and providing recruitment reporting and analytics.
• →Ensuring an outstanding candidate experience while maintaining GDPR compliance and adherence to relevant employment legislation.

• You have proven recruitment experience gained within in-house talent acquisition environment.
• You possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and enjoy building strong stakeholder relationships.
• You have experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other candidate sourcing platforms to identify and engage talent.
• You can successfully manage multiple vacancies and priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and quality.
