✓Self-sourced deals (from your own network) earn a higher commission tier - this applies from day one and continues for as long as you're sourcing your own deals
✓Your first 90 days are focused on origination; after that, you'll also become eligible for FE-provided leads, which pay a lower commission tier
Requirements
