Advisor, Implementation Technology

The Advisor, Implementation Technology contributes to integrated product and project teams by providing expertise in Product Development, Quality, and Operations for customer or company product introduction and launch projects. Under limited supervision, this role coordinates cross-functional teams including OEM engineers, production control, test engineering, software engineering, quality, materials, and operations. The Advisor serves as a liaison between business customers and technology development, offering solutions and leading special projects as assigned.

• →Ensure projects follow established processes and standards.
• →Lead end-to-end implementation of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) within company distribution facilities.
• →Evaluate and assign appropriate resources to the implementation team.
• →Provide leadership for validation and completion of implementation processes.
• →Collaborate with design teams to maintain high-quality documentation aligned with SDLC standards.
• →Conduct financial analysis for customer implementations.
• →Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure systems meet business requirements and user needs.
• →Ensure solution design is sound and support resources are trained and equipped to resolve issues.
• →Establish, maintain, and update strategies for implementing supply chain systems (methodology, processes, standards, tools, services).
• →Facilitate communication between systems and operations teams throughout project lifecycle.
• →Understand implementation details and requirements to deliver complete end-to-end solutions.
• →Support transition of new customer and development projects into operational activities.
• →Develop deep understanding of assigned business processes and technologies.
• →Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, external customers, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
• →Stay current on warehouse execution technologies, capabilities, and industry trends.
• →Evaluate project resources and provide performance feedback to management.

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred, with 8+ years of relevant experience.
• In lieu of degree, high school diploma or GED and 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience implementing and supporting Manhattan WMOS systems required.

• Strong operational knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems.
• Knowledge of enterprise hardware platforms such as UNIX/Linux servers and Oracle relational databases preferred.
• Proficiency in Oracle SQL for application development.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to present information and respond to questions from diverse audiences.
• Ability to solve practical problems with limited standardization.
• Willingness to learn and adopt professional and industry standards.

• Ability to follow policies and procedures.
• Ability to read, write, and interpret information.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide.
• Ability to use hands to finger, handle, or feel.
• Ability to sit, walk, or stand for the duration of the shift.
• Must possess visual acuity to perform essential job functions.
• Ability to conduct physical tasks with a full range of motion throughout the warehouse environment.
• Ability to lift/carry items up to 50 pounds.
