Seasonal Warehouse Worker

The Seasonal Warehouse Worker is responsible for the accurate receiving, moving, storing, and shipping of product in accordance with company standards for safety, security, and productivity. This position supports product safety, quality, legality, and integrity throughout warehouse operations.

• →Accurately select product according to customer order specifications.
• →Load and unload product onto or from delivery vehicles, pallets, etc.
• →Pull and prepare product for shipment, ensuring correct quantity and type.
• →Perform picking and packing duties efficiently to meet customer service standards.
• →Utilize Radio Frequency (RF) terminals for picking, quality, inventory, and shipping functions.
• →Determine product destination by scanning packages, reading labels, verifying numbers, and sorting accordingly.
• →Maintain equipment and materials in a neat, clean, and orderly fashion.
• →Keep accurate records and reports to ensure inventory accuracy.
• →Participate in physical inventories and cycle counts.
• →Inspect products for accuracy, damage, or infestation.
• →Learn responsibilities and procedures of other warehouse areas as needed.
• →Perform labeling, sorting, wrapping, packing, and repacking tasks.
• →May operate warehouse and computer equipment as required.
• →Work safely and efficiently at all times.
• →Perform other duties as assigned.

• 0--2 years of experience in a warehouse environment.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and RF equipment preferred.
• Strong sense of urgency and flexibility in meeting deadlines.
• High attention to detail and quality.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer service driven.
• Strong team player.

• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide
• Ability to use hands to finger, handle, or feel
• Ability to sit, walk, or stand for the duration of the shift
• Must possess visual acuity to perform essential job functions
• Ability to conduct physical tasks with a full range of motion throughout the warehouse environment
• Ability to lift/carry items up to 50 pounds
