Mechanical Assembler

• →Assemble, fit, align, and secure mechanical components and subassemblies using hand tools and power tools.
• →Interpret and follow blueprints, engineering drawings, work instructions, and assembly specifications.
• →Perform foam encapsulation and staking processes in accordance with established procedures.
• →Inspect completed assemblies to ensure proper fit, function, workmanship, and quality.
• →Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• →Identify and communicate assembly issues or discrepancies to appropriate personnel.
• →Follow all company safety, quality, and production procedures.

• Previous mechanical assembly or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Proficiency with common hand and power tools.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with foam encapsulation and staking is a plus.
• Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent

Salary Range $45K-$48K Based On Experience

In addition, we operate on a 9/80 work schedule, which gives employees every other Friday off. This schedule includes longer workdays—9 hours and 45 minutes with a mandatory 45-minute lunch break. One week consists of four workdays (36 hours), and the following week includes five workdays (45 hours). Despite this variation, employees are paid for a consistent 40-hour workweek, with weekly pay.
